Leslie Ames is an active full time, professional REALTOR since 1992. Leslie grew up in the Real Estate business.  Her mother, Paula Ames, owned and operated the very successful Ames Real Estate in Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Hollister. Leslie has also subdivided bare land and is very knowledgeable of permitting, zoning and constructions requirements, country property, and acreage. Leslie's experience includes acting as the contractor in restoring a Victorian farmhouse, built in 1898 from the ground up, among other construction projects. Her in-depth knowledge of the area will help you in all aspects of South County Real Estate.

Honors

A consistent sales leader, Leslie is one of the top producers and the receipt of many awards to that effect. Most important Leslie Ames has been honored by her many clients’ referrals and testimonials. She has received her CRS, which only 5% of all realtors have achieved. A Certified Residential Specialist is a realtor who has earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training, and by meeting significant experience requirements.

Personal Information-Leslie

A bay area native, Leslie grew up in Morgan Hill. She attended San Jose State University, where she achieved a 3.875 GPA and is a second generation REALTOR, where she learned at a very young age the importance of knowing the area, providing effective service and putting the needs of the client first.

Leslie is a member of the Santa Clara Association of REALTORS, The South County Association of REALTORS, The California Association of REALTORS, The National Association of REALTORS, and a Certified Residential Specialist. All of these associations uphold strict ethics and ensure that its members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. In addition she is a member of the Morgan Hill Historical Society. Leslie is also a member of the WERC - Wildlife Education and Rehabilitation Center.
